INFO Shipping - "Small Shipment"

 

Do you only want to order one (1) product that does not weigh that much and goes into an envelope, like a fabric patch.

Choose "pick up in store" as shipping method, send us an email and explain that you want the product sent with an envelope.

Swish us SEK 19 instead of paying SEK 69 for standard shipping. (Domestic - Sweden)

When you shop with us for over SEK 1000, we send your goods free of charge (domestic).

NOTE. This does not apply to business packages.

Since we have changed the system, there have sometimes been some small errors. It may happen that a product shows the price SEK 0.

Please note that price is not correct. You cannot order a product for SEK 0.

 


 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders with a delivery status of over 80% are delivered and the other products are placed as backorders for later delivery. We will contact you as a customer if you want to wait with delivery until we have the remaining goods in stock again.

For the purchase of our products, you must be at least 16 years old to be able to buy via the Internet. 18-21 age limit on dangerous articles such as weapons.

In the case of complaints, the Consumer Purchase Act is applied.

All prices include VAT, ex. 25%.


STORE ORDER

In the case of a store order "pick up in store", we will let you know when the order is available to pick up in store. Unclaimed orders are canceled after 5 days.


SWISH PAYMENTS

Swish payments must be made within three days. Your order will only be shipped once we have confirmed receipt of payment.

Payments are made to Garderobens Swish 123 2433 290 with your order number as a message.


CASH ON DELIVERY

Domestic only.

Uncollected packages via cash on delivery are charged for shipping costs and handling costs through a demand letter with a Klarna invoice of SEK 349. This cost must be paid within 14 days of invoicing. In the event of an unpaid invoice, debt collection measures may be taken, which entails additional costs.

After you have paid the invoice from Klarna of SEK 349, we can resend your order as desired.

Do not choose Cash on Delivery as a payment method if you want to buy smoke grenades, such orders will be cancelled.


UNCOLLECTED PACKAGES

(DOES NOT APPLY TO CASH ON ORDERS)

We can resend uncollected packages (for all payment methods except cash on delivery) at an extra cost of SEK 149 to cover shipping costs. The sum can be paid via Swish to 123 2433 290.

Unclaimed packages are charged for shipping costs and handling costs through a demand letter with a Klarna invoice of SEK 349. This cost must be paid within 14 days of invoicing. In the event of an unpaid invoice, debt collection measures may be taken, which entails additional costs.

DELIVERY TIME

Normal delivery time is 1-3 working days depending on order intake and if we have the item in stock. Some products have up to 15 days delivery time.

If the ordered item is not in stock within 14 days, we will notify you of the likely delivery time. The customer then has the right to cancel the purchase or give us new instructions.


SIZES AND MEASUREMENTS

If you are unsure about sizes and measurements, please remember that the more we know, the easier it is for us to send you the correct size. Please enter waist measurement, inseam length for trousers, shoulder width and sleeve length for jackets, shirts, etc. in centimeters. Write this in the field "Write messages here!" in the checkout.


TERMS OF PURCHASE FOR DANGEROUS PRODUCTS

SMOKING GRANTS | AIRSOFT | AIR FORCE | KNIVES | BATONS

For all purchases or rentals of weapons and smoke developers, you must be of legal age, i.e. 18 years of age. When buying running knives or running stilettos, you must also be 21 years old. When ordering weapons, you must provide complete information such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and social security number. This information is verified against the National Register and only orders where the buyer's details match those of the National Register will be accepted. The wardrobe can also contact the customer to determine that applicable laws and partners' policies are being followed. The right of exchange/open purchase does not apply to the purchase of products on sale, DVD films, books or weapons, airsoft, air weapons, accessories for weapons and airsoft, knives, protective vests (bulletproof, knifeproof, etc.), batons, smoke developers, consumables, etc. )


Warranty conditions for airsoft guns and accessories

No open purchase or right of exchange applies to airsoft guns and accessories. We provide a 1-year warranty on AEG and gas-powered weapons. The warranty covers functional and manufacturing defects provided that the defect is classified as such by one of our authorized technicians. In the event of a fault with the product, Garderoben must be contacted immediately. The warranty does not cover wear and tear damage (magazine, springs, gears, etc.) If the fault is not covered by the warranty, we can, if possible, repair the item at the customer's expense.

The guarantee for airsoft guns only applies provided that:

the customer has not affected the weapon through abnormal use such as neglect and careless handling.

the weapon has not been taken apart or modified.

the customer has made use of the accompanying regulations.


PROFESSIONAL DISCOUNT

Personnel within the Police, the Armed Forces, the Home Guard, the Correctional Service, the Customs Service and the security industry have a 10% discount on purchases in the store and online on presentation of valid service identification. The discount does not apply to airsoft-related products and cannot be combined with other discounts.

SPECIAL PURCHASE TERMS FOR HOSE BELLS

The following applies when purchasing hose reels:

Slangbellor may only be ordered by persons over 18 years of age.

The accompanying safety information must always be followed.

Safety glasses must always be used.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We deliver our products almost all over the world.

NOTE! The shipping company does not send Airsoft replicas and airguns abroad.

ATTENTION! We do not accept exchanges of sizes or exchanges of other items from customers who shop abroad.

COMPANY ORDERS

We are happy to accept business orders. You can pay by card or place an order via email, email order@garderoben.se.


COMPANY INVOICE

Credit check: When applying for payment via company invoice, a customary credit check is carried out, which may mean that a credit report is obtained.

Terms of payment: Due date and other terms for company invoices appear on the invoice. In the case of invoice payment, the payment must have been received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In the event of a delay in payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 and late payment interest of 2% per month will be added from the due date until full payment is made.

Transfer: All company invoices will be transferred to Svea Bank AB, 556158-7634 ("Svea Bank"). All payments due to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.

GDPR: When paying via company invoice, the invoice will be handed over to Svea Bank AB and we will then share the company customer's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the personal data controller for the claims that we have transferred to Svea Bank. RETURNS, RIGHT OF EXCHANGE AND OPEN PURCHASE

We offer a full right of return within 30 days of receipt, provided that the item has not been used and that the original packaging and labels are intact.

For returns to us, the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee, we are responsible for the shipping to you.

When returning a product, it must be sent in the original packaging and a packaging must be on the outside to protect the carton. In case of damage to the packaging, a fee of SEK 50-200 can be added.

Damaged or used goods will not be returned.

Right of exchange/open purchase does not apply when purchasing these products; products on sale, protective vests (bulletproof, knifeproof, etc) and consumables.

NOTE! We will not send a new product until we have received a return.

IMPORTANT! - DON'T PAY SHIPPING ON THE RETURN SHIPPING NOTE

To avoid paying shipping on your return shipping note, select Pick up in store as the shipping method at checkout and you will receive it in your e-mail instead. Otherwise, it will be sent by post for a shipping fee.

When we have received your return, it takes about 5-10 working days for us to send back the exchange or carry out a repurchase.


RETURN & EXCHANGE

For exchanges and returns of product returns, you must always fill in your return form that you received in the package.

1. For faster return handling and correct order information. Please log in to your account, select my pages and then orders.

There you will find your order history, we want you to enter the order number and your information when contacting us.

We want you to carefully check the received product. Some electrical products require e.g. that you connect plus and minus correctly. It is important that you have checked that you have connected, plugged in, assembled, unpacked, installed your product correctly. Before you contact us about a return.

2. Have you ordered a product, had it delivered to you and realize that you do not want the product. You have the right to change your mind within 30 days unless the product has broken packaging, is broken or used. You are responsible for the shipping back to us.

3. Have you received a wrong or broken product? Then you contact us, stating the information under point 1.

We send you a new item, and you hand the incorrect or broken item to the courier/postal via a return slip.

When handling returns, the return slip must always be filled in and attached. You must also attach the order confirmation and error description of the ordered product.

REDEMPTION WHEN PAYING THROUGH – SVEA

The following procedure applies to the buyback of orders that have been purchased through Svea.

As a customer, you are responsible for the invoice being paid before the due date. We therefore recommend that you pay the invoice regardless of whether it concerns an exchange or return. You are responsible for the return cost yourself.

If you choose to make a repurchase, you will receive a refund on the product(s). Please note that you, as a customer, still have to pay the billing fee as well as the shipping fee.

If you have received a fee that you do not think is correct, you should contact Svea.

Process - broken product:

When you send your product back to us for troubleshooting, we have to check it and see if it really is broken.

If our expert finds an error, we contact the supplier.

If it is established that there is a fault with the product after conversation, it is sent to the supplier to be examined as to whether it is a factory fault or normal wear/poor handling etc by the buyer.

It is then decided whether the product can be repaired, or whether the buyer will be replaced with a new product or whether the buyer must bear the cost of the broken product.
